How do you send orders?
For orders that aren’t being collected, we send parcels using Royal Mail.
Where do you currently post to?
We currently post orders across Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK.
Do you offer local delivery?
No. We don’t currently operate our own delivery service. Orders are either sent by Royal Mail or collected directly if you choose the collection option at checkout.
Can I collect instead?
Yes. You can select collection at checkout if you’d prefer to avoid postage. Collection is from Dundonald, Northern Ireland.
When will my order be posted?
Everything is handmade fresh to order, so there may be a short preparation period before dispatch. We always aim to make and send orders as quickly as possible, and you’ll be notified once your parcel has been dispatched.
